At Pharmanovia, I lead technology transfer projects across the Europe, Brazil, LATAM, and ROW with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and launch readiness.I manage tech transfers aligned with regulatory requirements and variation filings across 66 countries, tracking submissions, managing query responses, and ensuring timely approvals for market launches.I oversee end-to-end project execution, managing scope, schedule, and budget variances through regular weekly and fortnightly governance meetings. I collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Regulatory, Legal, SCM, Commercial, QA) to ensure alignment, progress, and timely interventions.I proactively identify risks, evaluate their impact, and lead fortnightly risk register calls with sponsors to finalize and implement mitigation strategies. I also support supply continuity through bridging stock planning and out-of-stock risk resolution, while regularly presenting MIS updates to senior leadership and board members.
