About Rajul Nirmalkumar

A highly motivated and passionate optimist who tries to hones her skills and always in search of a wide ocean of opportunities, challenges and change in the field of mental health. She is a creator of a mental health awareness initiative as \"Psych Confab\" on Youtube platform. She has a very receptive outlook towards new challenges in way to explore the same and also believes that mental health is something which needs to trigger every individual’s consciousness in order to break the thin line of barrier between the society and beyond it. She has done her Bachelors in Triple majors (Psychology, Literature and Journalism) in Mount Carmel college, Bangalore and Masters in Psychology at Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, Bangalore. Besides, she also is pursuing her diploma in Hypnotherapy. She has started her journey in the field of mental health by working in NGO’s earlier, then progressed by gaining more exposure by working at Fortis Healthcare Hospital, KIMS Hospital and Bengaluru Neuro Centre. Currently, she is a trainee in Career Counselling at Mentoria and have also worked with children with special needs at Riddhi Academy. She also has worked with kids by providing holistic education and empowering their overall growth and development. She has keen interest in exploring the society in terms of mental health and research on the same by writing research papers and presented the same in conferences. She is very enthusiastic, sincere and is dedicated towards building a new difference while understanding human behaviour and developing by providing a dynamic approach.
