Rajul Doshi is a double and post graduate she has completed MCom and LLB from Sydenham and Govt Law collage respectively. She is the Founder Director of Sampoorna Computer People and has been instrumental in building one of the most successful IT recruitment companies in India. Sampoorna Computer People specializes in IT, ITes and Telecommunications recruitment, first recruitment company to be certified by ISO in India. Sampoorna partners with IT companies across India and services them through its 6 offices in major metropolitan cities. Associated with Sampoorna from day 1, she facilitated building partnerships with some of the largest companies in the IT space for her company, she has been responsible for placing industry leaders at CXO levels in many IT companies both in India and in other countries. She is the go-to person when campus hiring needs to be fulfilled. Here again, she has helped companies hire thousands of young graduates from campuses like IIT, NIT, REC and other top engineering collages.She worked for a nationalized bank and the desire to have her own business made her start Sampoorna Direct Mail which soon became Citibank franchise for \"Shelter\" brand that she ran very successfully for a few years and then closed it down to support Sampoorna’s major growth plans.Rajul is an avid traveler and has a unique ability of remembering the smallest details of all the places she visits. She takes keen interest in learning the history of the places and especially loves to interact with the locals to know more about their culture, lifestyle, cuisine etc. She is a connoisseur of fine arts.Philanthropic by nature, Rajul through Rotary club has been instrumental in many activities including building of permanent structure for a village school, building toilets, trees plantation, educational loans, scholarships etc. She came up with the idea of starting Sampoorna Foundation - an initiative to help the aged, underprivileged, orphaned and handicapped at all Sampoorna locations across India. Sampoorna Foundation has carried out several activities over the years.Most importantly she is known in industry circles to be a very caring and nurturing employer who takes very good care of \"Sampions\".
