Born and brought up in mountainous country of Nepal, I\'ve learnt patience, perseverance, humbleness from the Everest. I love to challenge myself to do new things and make the ones I love into my hobby. Speaking of which cooking and stargazing for connecting random stars still tops the list. Currently working at Salesforce to handle deployment and operations of Mobile Publisher applications. I have experience with coding, teaching, mentoring, operations and supporting customers with technical solutions. Being avid coder in college and open source contributor led me to intern at Siemens India, awesome company and people - however started to realize lately that I\'m more happy interacting with people and proposing solutions rather than coding it. Previously, worked with AWS as a Cloud Support Engineer, learnt a lot on interacting with customers and also to internal stakeholders on best interest of AWS customers. Been the Voice of The Engineer Ambassador in FY 2020-21 and Lead in FY 20••••22 (VOTE) to act as a layer between Individual Contributors (IC)/ Engineers and Leadership / Management to ensure everyone is being heard. Enjoyed giving technical seminars and sessions to ramp up engineers to learn and start working on new AWS services. Mentored colleagues to ramp up on SMEs and on technical skills. Worked with customers to provide optimized solutions on best effort basis to ensure a smooth customer experience. Also worked on multiple internal coding / non-coding projects to ensure we work at our best to serve our customers. Having said that, I\'ve started to find my calling towards operations, planning, strategy and in profiles where human-to-human interaction can make a difference. My technical skills include - Cloud Computing (Amazon Web Services majorly and little bit of GCP and Azure), Python, Django, Jenkins, Docker, MySQL, CloudFormation etc My softskills include - Empathy, Leadership, Curiosity, Perseverance etc
