I am a senior resource manager at Tessolve, a global leader in automotive technology and innovation, with over 14 years of experience in human resources and resource management. My mission is to optimize the utilization, deployment, and development of talent across diverse teams and projects, aligning them with the business objectives and priorities.In my current role, I leverage my skills in demand fulfillment, bench management, and operation activity to oversee the resource management function for the entire organization, using Microsoft Office and other tools to monitor and report on key metrics and indicators of more than employees.
