IPO Preparation: Supported a FinTech company preparing for a SPAC listing in the USA, ensuring PCAOB audit readiness, enhancing financial statement disclosures, and documenting revenue recognition practices under IFRS 15. Developed a comprehensive Group Accounting Policy Manual covering IFRS 3, IFRS 15, IFRS 10, IFRS 11, and other relevant standards. Hedge Accounting: Supported clients in implementing hedge accounting strategies. Conducted detailed reviews of hedge documentation, quantitative effectiveness testing, accounting schemes, and disclosures for EY’s audit clients.
