L&T Group company -A Global technology consulting and digital solutions company.Handling Global procurement & contracting for technical and non technical services.Identifying the vendors as per company’s requirements • To work in conjunction with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and propose suitable sourcing strategies and methodologies, influencing business in light of relevant policies and procedure • Lead the sourcing of Non-technical & Technical category• Send enquiry & Obtain offers from vendors, prepare a comparative statement basis price, quality, delivery & other commercial T&C • Develop Internal Cost Estimates for all respective category items. • Negotiate and finalize price for items, agreements & set up SLA • Meet defined SLA & target savings as per company policy • Supplier performance assessment & manage supplier relationships at working level. • Uphold ethical values in procurement dealings and operations in line with the corporate value • Conduct market research in terms of raw materials, supplier databases and risk mitigation to identify / track competitive pricing structures and risks involved • End to end management of supplier contract life cycle-Formulation, start up, of Contract & Managing relationship • Managing risk, legal aspects, change, dispute resolution & obligations in Contract • Contract closure & review, ending contract, post implementation review • Tiering of supplier and keeping the list updated at regular intervals • Conducting training for various supplier managers/ teams associated with the program through process team • Coordinate with Audit and Compliance teams from regulatory perspective • Responsible for Internal Procurement audits. • Sound knowledge of taxes
