Responsible for Start Up, Running, and Shut Down activities in the Process Plant- Conducting regular rounds of the unit to ensure safe operation- Reporting abnormalities and failures to the control room and taking corrective measures- Routine inspection of all process equipment- Troubleshooting process operations during power failures, Instrument air failures, and Utility Failures- Coordinating with the technical and maintenance service department to solve problems- Plant Shutdown and Startup activities, including Hydro-testing of various vessels and pipelines- Collecting samples and checking product quality in running equipment- Performing operation, maintenance, and emergency handling tasks in the production unit- Ensuring compliance with defined operational parameters and standard operating procedures- Maintaining long sheets- Handling Isolation and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO)systems- Ensuring strict compliance with work permit procedures-Checking and reading (P & ID / PFD / Specifications) andChecklists- Familiarity with all equipment andinstruments- Solo run of motors, Motor running tests (MRT) of all types ofpumps- Conducting Cardboard Blasting, Hydro Test / Leak Test, Purging, SteamFlushing, and chemical cleaning in pipelines, storage tanks, andequipment- Preparing Punch Lists with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation
