Blessed with experience, driven by purpose.I’m Raju Martin Pallan, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance and management, including 13 transformative years in the Middle East. From Regional Financial Controller to Country Head & COO of EFS Facilities Services India, I’ve led diverse teams, managed multimillion-dollar operations, and learned that great businesses are built on clarity, integrity, and trust.In 2019, I was honored with the Global Best Employee Award, but it was my return to India that truly reshaped my mission.
