I have more than 20 years of work experience in technical and functional components of human resource acquisition and management in domestic and international markets.I\'m pursuing PhD in Business Administration and Management from Indian Institute of Business Management and Studies, an MBA in HR and Marketing from the same institution, and a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social Work. I have also earned an Expert Insights on Organizational Culture certification from Skillsoft. I am passionate about growing teams and dreams by hiring the right people for the right opportunity. I excel in designing and implementing robust HR and recruitment processes, developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, and providing strategic business solutions with excellent stakeholder management.
