   Client: Johnson and Johnson Project - BioNCTitle: Production/Process Building, Workstream Area Construction Manager Leading the end-to-end delivery of a $600MM production building within a new $2B greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing site, which includes a central utility plant, bulk chemical tank farm, cGMP warehouse, and lab/admin building. Responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from Basis of Design through Operational Qualification (OQ) completion. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of the sq. ft. production facility, ensuring integration with the broader site infrastructure. • Manage a complex biopharmaceutical scope, including cell culture operations with six bioreactors, four seed reactors, 19 buffer hold vessels, and 11 buffer/media prep vessels. • Manage critical clean utilities infrastructure, including WFI generation and distribution, CIP skids, and associated valve arrays.• Supervise installation and commissioning of downstream processing equipment in classified clean rooms, including parts washers, autoclaves, column packing rooms, UF/DF skids, and a bulk fill skid. • Oversee the integration of facility-wide support systems, including 23 AHUs, a 480V substation, office spaces, and gowning rooms. • Lead a multidisciplinary team of 30, managing procurement, subcontractor selection, scope, cost, and schedule to drive project execution. • Drive project milestones from mechanical completion through C&Q activities, ensuring the facility is ready for GMP operations and regulatory approval.
