ABOUT RAJSHREE RAJORIA
I’m an RCI-licensed Rehabilitation Counsellor with a strong foundation in child development, inclusive education, and mental health care for children with special needs. Trained at NIPCCD, I’ve worked across schools, child care institutions (CCIs), and parenting organizations—supporting children, families, and systems with trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approaches. My focus areas include behaviour support, psychoeducation, parent coaching, and creating emotionally safe, inclusive spaces for children of all neurotypes and abilities. With an early career in tech and a deep interest in communication, I bring both structure and empathy to my work. I also write to explore the real-world complexities of mental health work and aim to contribute thoughtfully to the evolving landscape of child and family wellbeing in India.
