With over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in the healthcare sector, I am passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve their professional and business goals. As the Founder & Business Director of The Priority Group, I provide management consulting, training, and coaching services to clients across various domains, such as hospital,hospitality, strategic leadership, and strategic negotiations. I also leverage my expertise in audiology and speech sciences to drive the business development and administration of Priority Health Pvt. Ltd. and Priority Hearing Care, leading providers of hearing solutions and services in India. I have successfully established and managed multiple clinics, partnered with renowned hospitals and manufacturers along with our international presence; and initiated innovative pilot projects to enhance the quality and accessibility of hearing care. I am honored to have received the Healthcare Excellence Award in 2015 and to have authored a book for hearing aid buyers in 2023.
