Co-creating Supply strategy to support the business growth agenda, driving operational and financial performance for Chocolate, Gum, Mints & Fruity Confection product categories manufactured at three sites.Key Responsibilities• Co-create the Site Master Plan with Factory Managers in line with Business Growth Plan (3- 5 year horizon). • Own long term capacity planning & capital shaping to deliver Business Growth Plan and Site Master Plan.• Own Supply KPIs - define targets, follow progress, co-create improvement roadmaps (Short Term, Long Term). • Leading India Supply MCC optimization vertical - augmenting productivity, COGS improvement. • Drive annual operating plan for India Supply in collaboration with S&F. • Identify and plan future projects by partnering with CBU and R&D and connecting strategic intent with Supply Reality. • Leading cross-functional teams to develop & deliver the Supply solutions and commercialization of new products. • Networking with the regions/segment for sharing/adopting best practices.
