Through innovative measures, I have optimized efficiency and streamlined processes, resulting in a significant reduction in operational costs and ensuring seamless customer experiences.As the CEO of B School Bulls, I lead a team of experts who provide capacity building and facilitating activities aimed at enhancing the engagement of students and youth with the securities markets. My emphasis on developing personal capabilities, underlying characteristics, and behaviors that drive superior performance has helped us create a pipeline of high-quality business managers and corporate leaders.As the Director of IKNL - A Micro Finance Company, I have overseen the development and implementation of microfinance products and services that support low-income households and micro-enterprises.
