As a Founding Partner at Nemi Law Partners (NLP), I am currently leading the expansion of our full-service law firm with offices in Indore and Bhopal. While NLP offers comprehensive legal solutions, I personally lead our practice at the intersection of technology, law, and emerging digital ecosystems.In parallel with my work at NLP, I serve as Principal at The Cyber Blog India. To date, my team and I have- Assisted in cyber crime cases, ranging from complex financial fraud and data theft to sensitive matters such as revenge pornography- Been successful in the removal of non-consensual sexually explicit images from over sites- Expanded our advisory services to cover data protection compliance, AI, and blockchain.I am passionate about cyber security awareness and online safety. I have delivered over 680 workshops and webinars on these topics at various platforms, including community programs, awareness campaigns, and educational institutions. I have been involved in grassroots cyber safety campaigns organised by UNICEF, the National Commission for Women, the Data Security Council of India, and the British High Commission, New Delhi. I have also delivered training programmes for various stakeholders of the criminal justice system, including law enforcement, judicial officers, and prosecutors.My educational background is grounded in a unique techno-legal foundation, with a B.Tech (Computer Science Engineering) & LL.B.(Hons.) in Cyber Law from UPES, Dehradun, and an LL.M. in Business Laws from the School of Law, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.I am always open to answering questions related to cyber crime, cyber/technology law, and data protection and privacy.
