I am a development professional with over 4 years of experience working at the intersection of Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) and program implementation in agriculture and rural livelihoods. I have worked extensively on strengthening data systems, supporting impact evaluations, and ensuring that insights from the field translate into meaningful program improvements.In my recent role, I have been involved in baseline and endline studies, development of Theory of Change and monitoring frameworks, and managing MIS platforms to track program performance across multiple geographies.
