Manager Exports & International Marketing • Handling overall activities of the department like as Export Documentation, International Logistics, Custom Activities and International Sales/Marketing Domestic Sales/Marketing with a team of 4 members. • Negotiating with CHA’s & Freight Forwards to minimize the costing of the shipments as well as timely delivery of the shipments. • Coordinating & planning with the production team for the timely execution of the orders. • Planning & costing international logistics movement for timely delivery of the shipment to clients till it reaches to the customers. • Handling Letter of Credit shipments, its documentation & meet with the given criteria’s i it to avoid any kind of discrepancy. • Arrange to send shipment wise TRP to all the customers for the updated status of their shipment. • Handling major clients in the domestic market (L&T, BHEL, ISGEC & various state electricity departments). • Purchasing of raw material (pipes & hardware’s) from domestic manufacturers/suppliers. • Key member of the team who developed and manages the international business partner meetings. • Travel to customer locations and International exhibitions to generate new business. • Looking sales & marketing in Middle-East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Lebanon & Bahrain etc.), Europe (United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany & Finland etc.), Africa (South Africa, Egypt, Kenya, Madagascar, Ghana & Tanzania etc.) & Far-East (Malaysia & Singapore etc.),
