In my role, I have been deeply involved in the management and optimization of various network systems and tools, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. I have handson experience with a range of monitoring and management platforms, including Cisco Network Automation & Analytics, HP Service Manager, Evolve and Programmable Network Management server, and Cisco Topology-based correlation portal. Troubleshooting and maintenance have been at the core of my responsibilities. I have successfully resolved over 100 trouble tickets per week, handling issues ranging from major incidents to critical and catastrophic events. I am well-versed in working with a diverse array of networking devices, including L2 Switch 3850, Cisco ASR 920, Juniper, Cisco NCS 540, and Aggregation Router (Cisco ASR 9k). A major focus of my work has been on maintaining network integrity and minimizing downtime. I have actively conducted root cause analysis to identify the reasons behind outages, enabling effective solutions and contributing to Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) reduction. Proactive troubleshooting has been a key aspect of my role, and I have continuously worked on maintaining customer networks around the clock, providing regular updates and support on-call. In alignment with these efforts, I have consistently strived for the best service and network availability, adhering to defined thresholds for network utilization. Timely software upgrades and configuration changes have been integral to maintaining up-to-date networks, ensuring optimal performance. My commitment extends to emergency situations, where I respond promptly to crises, mitigating potential impacts on services.
