I’ve been at Aritzia for 5 years, starting in Retail before moving into Distribution, and most recently pivoting into People & Culture. Each chapter of my career thus far has strengthened my understanding of how people, process, and strategy intersect to drive results. With a Bachelor of Science, I began my career in healthcare at Fraser Health, where I gained exposure to critical organizational challenges and saw the impact that strong systems, leadership, and people practices have on outcomes. That experience sparked my interest in organizational development and ultimately guided my career pivot into HR. That pivot has shaped how I approach Talent Management as an HRBP, combining an analytical and people-centric approach.
