Working Closely with the stakeholders for Understanding the requirement and building the talent acquisition strategies.\\\\n• Built the entire Backend, Android, Unity and Data teams from scratch.\\\\n• Salary negotiations with the candidates for the offer roll out and completing background verification check post confirmation of the candidates.\\\\n• Taken multiple new initiatives to make sure that the candidate joins the organization and helped reduced the offer drop out ratio from 65% to 8%.\\\\n• Campus hiring from premium institutes.\\\\n• Analyzed current and past hiring data to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted talent acquisition strategies\\\\n• Recently closed two leadership positions- Head of Engineering and Head of Finance.\\\\n• Managing Dashboards on Critical requirements, open positions, Headcount, offer accepted & to be joined cases.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
