For nearly three decades, I have worked at the center of Quality, Compliance, and Manufacturing excellence across pharmaceuticals, consumer health, and regulated markets. My journey began on the shop floor with deep scientific and analytical work, and evolved into leading quality operations for India, APAC, and global networks. To deliver my current roles & responsibilities @ Kenvue, I partner closely with leadership to strengthen market compliance, support operational efficiency, and enable business growth through a dependable Quality ecosystem.My experience spans end-to-end quality management including R&D Quality, Manufacturing Quality/, Supply Chain QA, Market/Business Quality, CSV/GAMP 5 environments, product and process validation, and regulatory interface. I have led internal and external manufacturing networks, shaped operating models, and helped drive the transformation from Johnson & Johnson to Kenvue. My work consistently focuses on building reliable systems, ready teams, and practices that support product integrity across diverse markets.My career highlights include:• Leading Quality for India—overseeing internal and external manufacturing, building governance, and embedding global best practices.• Leading Quality & Compliance for India and affiliate markets, covering supply chain, market quality under a unified operating model.• Driving the India Quality Operating Model transformation during the Johnson & Johnson–Kenvue spin-off, ensuring alignment with CPG operating standards.• Successfully completing an international assignment as Manufacturing Quality Lead at J&J’s Bangkok plant, managing a diverse team of 10.• Representing the organization at the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for cosmetics manufacturing standards.• Leading multiple regulatory audits (US FDA, EU, WHO, ANVISA, TGA) and managing end-to-end CMC submissions for global regulated markets.• Receiving a State Award from the Government of Himachal Pradesh (2018) for contributions in education and industry through social outreach.I enjoy enabling teams, improving systems, and advancing Quality 4.0 including smart labs, digital quality, LIMS/ELN ecosystems, and integrated QC environments.
