Strategic Planning: Analyze, review & Monitor the capacity of the production line with respect to Demand Vs Utilization on half yearly/Annually based on business Plan. Based on the above Monitor and reporting monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly to finance regarding overall CAPEX (Budget Vs Actual) as Business target.4.Project Management: Overseeing project activities from conceptualization to execution including finalization of technical specifications, procurement / supply of Process equipment’s, stage inspections, scheduling, progress monitoring, Plant layout and manpower planning.(Technology Transfer Projects).5.Team Management: Providing direction, motivation & training by Allocating Roles and responsibilities to team for Monitor the optimum performance (Plan/Actual) in-line with Business objective. Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst Associate (Engineers).Enhance competency in developing Soft Skills, Engineering skill in line with Associates Aspiration.
