I am a Chartered Insurance professional with 20+ years of insurance industry experience. I started out in the Insurance Industry as an underwriter then changed roles as a property and casualty adjuster. I worked as a General Adjuster and rose to become a Executive General Adjuster in CLAIMSTECH (Canada), an independent adjusting company which I co-founded in 2014. I also did a stint as a CAT Adjuster in Texas and Florida in 2017 for Hurricane Harvey & Hurricane Irma. Over the years, I have facilitated several CIP courses as an instructor & also volunteered my time as a Career Connections Ambassador for the Insurance Institute of Canada. In December 2020, I joined Roto-Rooter as their in-house adjuster and Restoration Manager. In November 2023, I joined Helmsman Management Services Canada as their Lead Claims Specialist
