ABOUT RAJA SEKHAR MAROJU

With almost twenty years in emergency medicine, I have been fortunate to work alongside exceptional colleagues, mentors and friends whose support has shaped my career. Their guidance and example have influenced how I practise medicine and how I support others in the profession.I have worked with organisations such as EHAAT, MAGPAS and London’s Air Ambulance (PRU), gaining valuable experience in trauma and resuscitation and learning the importance of teamwork and compassion under pressure. As an instructor and medical director for life support courses, and an examiner for the RCEM, I have been able to help train and support other clinicians, passing on skills and lessons learned over the years.Beyond clinical work, I have co-founded companies and taken part in the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme. These experiences, with their successes and challenges, have strengthened my resilience and deepened my understanding of innovation in healthcare. My academic work and teaching roles reflect a commitment to improving patient care and supporting the development of others.I remain grateful for the opportunities I have had to work with talented teams and to contribute to emergency care. The relationships and shared knowledge built along the way continue to be the most rewarding part of the journey.Key skills and attributes: Resuscitation | Governance & Audit || Procedure & Policy Development | Team Leadership | Medical Education | Medical Research | Medical Innovation | Project Management | Planning and Execution | Account Management | Profit Maximisation | Cost Control & Reduction | Process Improvements | Relationship Building | Peer-to-Peer Collaboration | Mentoring & Coaching | Staff Development
