With over 19 years of experience in HR, I have worked primarily within IT consulting and staffing companies, where I have supported various HR aspects, including employee relations, statutory compliance, compensation and benefits, HR automation, organizational development, process improvement, and full-cycle recruiting.My primary objective is to cultivate a process-driven organization, promote a highly productive workforce, and create a positive work environment that fosters a diverse and inclusive culture, all of which align with the company’s vision and values.
