We are setting up compact, professionally managed central kitchens sq ft) designed to serve multiple corporate clients with consistent quality, robust food safety systems, and improved capacity utilisation. These kitchens establish execution credibility and act as a gateway to securing long-term, high-retention on-site kitchen contracts within client premises.We are currently raising up to ₹2.5 Cr (flexible ticket size) to operationalise our first central kitchen, strengthen backend systems, and validate a scalable model that can be replicated across locations.In parallel, we are building Phase II of the Gracias tech platform — aggregating specialised catering partners for corporate cafeterias, business parks, and large-format events. The platform integrates order management, demand planning, partner governance, billing, and quality oversight into a unified operating layer.Within the Gracias ecosystem, Gracias Dining operates as the customer-facing brand and digital interface; Gracias Central anchors scalable, auditable production kitchens; Gracias Live manages on-site kitchen operations within client premises; and Gracias Express focuses on high-frequency campus formats such as tuck shops, live counters, and bakery operations.With India’s catering industry still highly fragmented, our objective is to build a structured, technology-enabled operating system that delivers reliability for clients and scalable growth for investors.
