Application: ADP Vista, ADP Celergo, ADP GlobalView PayrollRoles and Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implement payroll for both MS and SaaS along withCompliance, Flexi Basket, Leave Management, Money Movement Services (MMS) and Time & Attendance. Handles all Line of Business, India BOB, India Celergo and India Streamline clients Have implemented maximum number of Enterprise accounts including the Incountry partner Celergo and Streamline platform clients. Initiate the Kick Off Call (KOC) with new clients, share the welcome kit which includes MOM, Project plan, Data requirements (payroll & Compliance) Preparation of project plans review and sign off with the client on various phases of implementation. Monthly review with all the stakeholders and In-Country partner Managers (Celergo & SL) for the status update of the projects and areas of improvement. Review of the project and highlight any risk to the management in a timely fashion Works with Functional Consultants for requirement gathering like Client Operating Procedure (COP), Customized reports and training on portal. Liaising with Set up and run team to ensure that all the activities happen on time as per the project plan. Works with the products team to raise customization request on reports. Provide consultation to new start up companies to design their compensation and benefit structure During kick off call, propose the small companies to restructure salary proposal to get maximum benefits on tax by employees, especially on the reimbursement components. Update the RAID tracker and share it to Ops/services team post successful Go-Live, especially for MA & Enterprise Account clients. Maintaining good relationship with client by giving required support for further developments in the payroll process. Being part of meeting with SLT (Senior Leadership Team) to update them thestatus of Implemented clients on monthly basis.
