Technically, I am a Class 12 Science student. However, for the last two years, I’ve been running a 24/7 operations center behind the scenes. As the Cadet Quartermaster at Sainik School Balachadi, my \"student badge\" was actually a deep dive into Management, Logistics, and Human Psychology. 🧠 While balancing my Board Exam preparation, I was responsible for the daily operations and well-being of 575 Cadets. Key Responsibilities & Impact: Operations & Logistics: Managed the Mess Register and Quality Assurance for 1,700+ daily meals. I ensured supply chain consistency and maintained high standards of hygiene and nutrition. 🥘 Facilities Management: Acted as the sole lead for the Complaint Register, overseeing hostel sanitation and infrastructure queries. If a problem was logged, I ensured it was resolved. 🤝 Stakeholder Liaison: Served as the \"Human Bridge\" between the student body and the administration. I personally handled 20+ daily queries, ranging from administrative approvals to conflict resolution. The Transition:Through this role, I discovered that while I can solve Physics equations, I excel at solving \"People\" problems. I learned that leadership isn\'t just about giving orders; it’s about listening, staying calm under pressure, and relentless follow-up. ⏳I am now pivoting toward Business Administration to translate this frontline experience into professional expertise.
