Healthcare is the only world I\'ve ever known.Not by grand design, but by luck—but looking back, I’m grateful it worked out this way. I grew up professionally inside organizations like GE Healthcare, Cerner, and McKesson, guided by mentors and colleagues who took a chance on me and taught me how this industry truly works. Through them, I learned to see healthcare through three essential lenses: payers, providers, and pharma.A few years ago, a close friend and I started Nurture Kids Pediatrics. That experience cracked something open for me. I thought I understood healthcare operations. For the first time, I felt the weight of running an independent practice—the operational decisions, the tradeoffs, the quiet stress that never makes it into boardrooms or conference panels. It gave me deep respect for physician-owned practices and the resilience it takes to keep them going.Running a small independent practice? That\'s a different world entirely. Smaller margins. Bigger heart. And almost no one building technology for them.That realization led to Probe Practice Solutions and PainmedPA. You\'ll see all three companies on my profile. They\'re all trying to do the same thing: use technology to make independent practices stronger, not just survive, but actually thrive.I\'m still learning. Still figuring things out.
