I led multiple root-cause investigations using DMAIC, 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys, contributing to measurable reductions in recurring defects, scrap, rework, and idle time.I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, providing a strong foundation in manufacturing systems. I bring hands-on experience with CAD tools, Lean methodologies, Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, statistical analysis, and IIoT-enabled supply chain improvements.My professional focus is on integrating Lean principles, data analytics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and Agile execution to build sustainable, smart, and high-efficiency manufacturing systems.
