As Founding Lead Engineer at EngineersCradle, I have been responsible for building not just our product, but also the systems, culture, and workflows that enable our engineering team to thrive.I focus on creating an environment where developers can grow rapidly and deliver with consistency. Instead of relying on constant new intakes, I invested in scaling the productivity of existing engineers through training, mentorship, and process-driven development.
