Hello there! I’m Rajiv, a User Experience Researcher based in Seattle, currently working at Expedia. I have experience working with clients from around the world, helping them with research and design to craft products that have positively impacted millions of users. I am very passionate about the pivotal role research plays in driving business decisions and shaping lives. There is something about speaking to users, understanding their needs, and trying to identify ways to improve their lives that has made me fall in love with user research. Even today, knowing that the work I have done has made a small positive impact on someone\'s life, is such an amazing feeling that always brings a smile to my face, and that still remains my main motivation. I truly believe that designers play a vital role in today’s society, defining how we live our lives.
