Worked in different verticals starting from KPO business process to BPM cross-functional business like FAS-BFS, FAS-AP/AR, Insurance (R2R), P2P business process, and Healthcare (Claims Management), Research & Analytics & Retail Banking enhancing Customer Experience. I am a Qualified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt practicing Business Problem Solving using Lean Six Sigma methodologies leveraging Basic & Modern Quality Tools, using Theory of Constraints principles, Implementing effective Solutions using TRIZ Techniques, Identifying bottlenecks & process efficiency using Lean Principles, Re-Designing or Transforming the process using DFSS, or DMADV to make the process profitable and cost optimization. The primary focus is completely on Process Improvement Initiatives using Lean & Six Sigma principles and ISO 9001:2015, & Trainee Project Management Professional (PMP). Since 2018 I have worked on more than 20+ Critical projects using Lean Six Sigma & RPA & Business problem solver practitioner using Six Sigma and Lean Principles.
