Been a game developer for over 10 years now. I have first hand experience with end to end life cycle for mobile games on iOS, Android, Apple Arcade and FB gameroom.Started as a game developer, I have worked on game design & moved onto production as my interests lined up with Organization & People management.Comfortable to go the extra mile and get things done- Worked with Apple to deliver an exclusive Arcade original on the Apple Arcade platform- Took care of end to end execution whilst working with Apple as publisher- Handling 4 active games in parallel- Currently handling a total team of 36 & working closely with 6 partner teams- Completed handover of games from a different studio and took it over for live ops- Successfully executed a major backend transition & services migration for our transitioned games- Handling operations from design start to feature live and its maintenance- Maintenance, updating & improving of planning docs- Creating yearly Roadmap along with feature plans & timelines highlighting possible risks with their mitigation plans- Vendor management for QA & outsourced art, audio including planning, allocation & budgeting- Working closely with product team to ensure the roadmap is in sync with the ROI & retention- Ensuring team health is positive and regular checks with anyone in need.
