Handling IT infrastructure (Infra) and security operations center (SOC) projects with waterfall and agile methodology. Using Scrum and DevOps for project handling. Managing cybersecurity projects, audits, gap analysis, and remedial activities. Responsible for handling all new IT Infra transitions and migration projects, including Infra and business process management (BPM). Ensuring all transitions are completed on time without business impact. IT setup (network, compute, and voice): new site implementation; new logo implementation; infra migration; infra movement; process/business movement; site release. SME alignment from respective network, compute, and voice teams. New infrastructure setup or infra migration for mergers, acquisitions, and new delivery centers. Process movements and ramp-ups with changes in the network (WAN) and voice design. Process-specific technology changes/upgrades such as IVPN to MPLS, change in voice design, cloud migration. Leading the transition from planning phase to sustenance phase: initiation; planning; execution; closure. Handover of the process from project team to operation team. Weekly/fortnightly/monthly review meetings to assess progress and address gaps with customer/internal team in 100% of cases. Regular review calls with customer/project manager (PM) for each project to ensure transition progress aligns with customer needs.
