About Rajiv Menjoge

PhD in OR with 15 years of experience at Google, doing data science, machine learning / AI, and operations research.I currently lead (and manage) data science efforts in music and podcasts; my team’s scope includes the YouTube music app, music content and consumption on YouTube, podcasts, and more recently evaluation / analysis of GenAI Music. Prior to this, I developed models to generate text and boost the performance of recommendation systems as part of Google AI / Research & Machine Intelligence.Before that, I worked on statistical problems in Google Docs / Drive, and on optimizing various aspects of Search Infrastructure (mostly utilizing operations research tools like linear programming, integer programming). Prior to Google, I received a PhD in Operations Research at MIT.
