ABOUT RAJIV M.

I work at the intersection of enterprise platforms, identity and access security, and emerging AI systems. For more than two decades, I’ve led customer-facing technical work where trust, architectural judgment, and execution under complexity matter—across citizen identity platforms, Zero Trust security, SaaS, and AI-enabled systems.At Torii, I operate across the full customer lifecycle in complex enterprise environments. I design and deliver API-driven integrations, serve as a technical authority during high-risk deployments, and authored the core developer-facing documentation that guides how customers implement and extend the platform in production. I also contribute to internal AI initiatives focused on improving workflows and customer outcomes.Previously, I supported VMware’s largest global accounts on identity, device management, and Zero Trust architectures. Earlier in my career, I helped establish foundational identity systems with Netegrity (now Broadcom SiteMinder), many of which still underpin critical government and enterprise services today. Across roles, my work centers on stabilizing complexity, bridging field reality with product intent, and helping enterprises adopt new platforms safely as technology shifts.
