At BD, I am part of Urology and Critical Care business and responsible for the Design and Development of Plastic disposables and Capital equipment to cater to Urinary Incontinence patients. In this role, I was able to take 2 products from the concept phase through the different NPD product life cycle stages. I was able to conduct design reviews and collaborate with different stakeholders around the world for successful completion of the project. I was also able to successfully lead DV testing activities at my site.Expertise include DFX, User requirement study, 2D drawing creation and vendor interaction, First principle structural analysis and FEA analysis, Creation and review of Design control documents, Design Verification and Validation of the product, and DFSS.
