I also played a pivotal role in managing the AGS vendor crisis, ensuring safe removal of ₹40 Crores in cash and seamless migration of 250+ ATMs with zero disruption to customer services.With a strong focus on operational efficiency, I established SOP frameworks, compliance governance, and data-driven MIS dashboards to support leadership decisions. Partnering with Finance, I drove 15% cost reduction in FY’25 through budgeting and vendor optimization.Recognized with the ACE Awards (Power of One category), I continue to drive product enhancements, branch digitization initiatives, and innovation across ATMs, switch, and digital channels. I lead a team of 3, overseeing campaign operations, deployment, vendor payments (300+ invoices monthly), and analytics while fostering collaboration, training, and knowledge sharing across teams.
