Mr. Rajiv Chawla is Founder & Chairman of JaiRaj Group engaged in manufacturing of auto-components, Plastics, TPV, TPE, TPU Injection & Blow Moulded Products & Moulds. His Group owns the new, fast growing Sportswear brand- BuiltNatural He is Founder & Chairman of Integrated Association of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of India, popularly known as \"I am SME of India\", India’s largest SME network & globally recognised Institution that facilitates Growth & Development of SMEs. IamSMEofIndia has thrice been conferred the Most Responsible Business Member Organisation Award at the National Level. Quality Council of India has given it a Gold-Rating as a National Level Business Member Organisation. Mr. Rajiv Chawla is Member of the Haryana Micro & Small Enterprises Facilitation Council to recover delayed & stuck payments of Micro & Small Enterprises located in the State of Haryana. Mr. Rajiv Chawla is Member of the Governing Body of Quality Council of India (QCI). He is also Member of the Project Monitoring Committee to oversee the implementation of ZED Rating. Member of the Executive Committee of Haryana State Council for Science, Innovation and Technology, Govt. of Haryana Popularly known as the Face of Modern Indian MSMEs, Mr Rajiv Chawla is universally recognised for introducing various programs for accelerated and sustainable growth of Small Businesses and Startups. His revolutionary program GAPS: Growth Accelerator Program for Small Businesses is being followed in more than 27 Clusters across India. Rajiv Chawla is Chief Mentor at BASIC- Business Accelerator, Startup, Incubation. BASIC has nurtured large number of successful Startups. & contributed to scaling up & acceleration of hundreds of Enterprises in the country. Launched Mission 100+ and Mission 5X. Mission 100+ aims to bring 100 SMEs to 100 Crore Mark within 2 years. Mission 5X adopts MSMEs and helps them become 5 Times within 2 Years. Both programs have been developed with a vision showcase the high potential of the SME Sector and add a wealth of crore for the country within 2 years. He has served as Director on the Board of Banks and its Subsidiary Companies. Mr. Rajiv Chawla was Director (Independent) on the Board of The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd.(NSIC) for six years. He is on the Governing Bodies & Quality Councils of various Universities & Institutions, visiting faculty and Speaker par excellence.
