Subcontract to Enter Engineering- Managed Oakville office’s engineering and design teams for E3D model development including interfaces with other offices and work done by remotely located resources for piping, HVAC and electrical. Chaired weekly internal model development meetings. Managed model development in specific areas to sufficient degree of completion to enable issue of concrete IFC drawings per client needs- Lead and managed client model review action items closure and HAZOP action items closures- Lead and managed preparation of multi-office plate work packages for HVEC (Kolkatta)- Managed supplier package document reviews in tune with concurrent project priorities- Lead and managed for getting project staff registered with Notarius for e-signatures.
