He was on the Executive Committee of the Bel Air chapter of YPO and a founding member of the Oman Chapter of YEO. Between 2002 and 2016, Rajit was at McKinsey, the latter part of which he served as the Managing Partner for the Southern California region. At McKinsey, Rajit counseled CEOs, Boards and senior executives at large global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, pharma wholesale companies, and companies across other industries, across a broad array of topics such as organizational transformation, growth acceleration, business development, commercial excellence and merger management. Rajit remains a Senior Advisor to McKinsey.Rajit has dual Masters degrees. He received an MPA/ID from the Kennedy School at Harvard University and his MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. He has dual undergraduate degrees, a BA and BSc in Finance, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wharton and the College at the University of Pennsylvania.
