Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives for NER.• Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.• Managing the Merchandising and Branding activity across NER.• Managing both ATL & BTL for MFD across the region.• Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.• Conceptualizing and executing Trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with HQ Marketing and sales teams.• Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.• Ensuring that all the touch points are maintained with requisite number of Signages and facilitating them with all the campaign collaterals.• Visiting the points of sale regularly across NER to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are adhered.• Effective Vendor management.• Maintaining proper co-ordination with both internal as well as external agencies and stakeholders.
