Support the pre sales team with competitive bids for product, support services and managed services. Overseeing end-to-end procurement, including releasing RFI/RFP, defining category strategies, conducting public/e-auctions, and managing supplier contracts in compliance with organizational policies and local country governance.4. Review various types of contracts (both global and India Geos related) including Master service agreements, Product/material buying agreements, Maintenance service agreements, DaaS agreements, End user licence agreements, SOW document etc. and highlight the risk areas for the organization. Work with business teams and vendor to negotiate the terms & conditions of the agreement.6. Work with the CLT (corporate Legal Team) to finalize and approve the contract.7. Exceptionally expert in anticipating client’s needs, investigate the underlying causes and identify short and long-term solutions.
