As CMO of ResultsCX, my focus areas include brand positioning and strategic planning to drive business growth.I began my career over two decades ago with Procter & Gamble and held various marketing-related positions at McCann Erickson, Ajuba Solutions, Region Holdings and TalentSprint.Before joining ResultsCX, I headed global marketing & communication for Firstsource, a purpose driven BPM firm. Firstsource is a publicly traded company on the Indian Stock Exchange, NSE:FSL. My responsibilities here included driving global marketing, communications and branding initiatives as well as positioning Firstsource as an employer of choice in markets we operate in.Extensive agency experience coupled with digital initiatives provides a foundation in B2B and B2C marketing for both early-stage companies as well as large organizations. Verticals include Technology, Consulting, Healthcare and FMCG. I pursued a leadership program at INSEAD in 2014 as a continued executive education initiative. Awards: Industry awards from NASSCOM (Employer Branding Initiatives, 2008) and World HRD Congress (Women Leadership Award, 2017) and World Marketing Congress (100 Most Innovative Martech Leaders, 2018).
