With over 20 years of experience in strategy and operations across e-commerce and SaaS domains, I am a seasoned leader who obsesses about delivering delightful solutions for customers. I have a post-graduate diploma in innovation and design thinking from MIT Sloan and a GMITE from IIM Bangalore.My career spans four phases: co-founding and growing YouKraft, an e-commerce marketplace for construction and interior materials; leading supply chain operations and strategic initiatives at Flipkart, India\'s largest online retailer; working in global tech companies like Intuit, Oracle, Yahoo, and Sun Microsystems; and starting my journey with Tata Consultancy Services in the US and Germany. In each phase, I have built high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, launched new categories and businesses, improved customer experience and NPS, and executed complex and transformative projects at scale.I lead by empathy and roll up my sleeves when the situation demands. I am passionate about solving customer problems using first principles and design thinking approaches.
