I\'m also responsible for driving business growth, managing profit and loss, client mining, and developing go-to-market strategies.I participate in early-stage discussions with clients to understand their needs, assemble the most suitable teams, and successfully deliver pilot projects. I manage new client onboarding, project structuring, and regular engagement management for both buy-side and sell-side clients worldwide.I\'m also driving various automation and knowledge management initiatives within our business unit to streamline processes and enhance knowledge sharing.
