1) Currently Working with RSM US LLP as Senior Associate in FAO- FAAS. Work Profile-¶Handling Month End Tasks and Deliverables for various clients. ¶Daily Invoice Processing in Bill.Com, Creation & Maintenance of Vendor Master in Sage Intact for vendors of various Clients.¶Preparation of Monthly Reconciliations in Blackline, ¶Booking any relevant and adhoc Journals, Reclass Entries, Payroll Accounting, Entries related to Cash & Bank, Investment Statements. ¶Preparing Prepaid Expense Amortization & Fixed Asset Schedules in Excel and in Blackline. ¶Liaison with US Counterparts with Daily, Monthly, quarterly, Yearly activity progress, doubt clearances to ensure Timelines for Deliverables are met. ¶Supporting auditors during Year end Audit with relevant Documents as requested by auditors. ¶Preparing Yearly 1099 Forms as per IRS guidelines for Clients. ¶Daily Group Mailbox Triage for various ClientsSoftwares Used: Blackline, Bill.Com, Sage Intact, Oracle Netsuite, Ms Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Copilot. 2) Have work experience as a Process Developer in Genpact in RTR & FP & A Domain. Work Profile- ¶Preparing and Posting Journal Entries, Reclass Journal Entries. ¶Payroll Accruals Booking, Clearing GLs, Maintaing & clearing Suspense accounts related to Cash & Bank Transactions. ¶Perform Period End Close Activities, ¶Intercompany Transactions, Goods In Transit Booking¶Balance Sheet/General Ledger Reconciliations, Adhoc Activities.¶Liaison with PTP Team to get the Vendor Aging part sorted. ¶T&E Transactions Booking. ¶Prepare various types of Reports as part of FP & A.Softwares Used: SAP, Ms Excel, Onestream, Outlook. 3) Previously was Senior Process Associate with a demonstrated history of working in Tata Consultancy Services in F&A Domain.
