I work with a team of analysts to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across various channels and segments, using data-driven insights and experiments.With over eight years of experience in travel industry, e-commerce, and ed-tech, I have developed strong competencies in growth marketing, customer relationship management, analytical skills, and collaboration skills. I have successfully executed multiple growth initiatives, campaigns, and experiments, optimizing the customer journey and enhancing the user experience. Previously, I contributed to the growth and scaling of Vedantu and Paytm, two of India\'s most prominent digital companies, where I held senior and managerial roles. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, where I learned the fundamentals of engineering, technology, and innovation.
